Worship Ministry at The Rock

Our lives are a reflection of His goodness, and every act of obedience, gratitude, and love becomes an offering of worship to Him. When we gather together, we lift our voices in praise, not just to sing songs, but to minister to the Lord, encounter His presence, and give Him the honor He deserves. 

But worship doesn’t end when the music stops. It continues in how we live each day, with integrity, humility, and a desire to glorify God in every area of our lives. 

Why We Exist

We exist to glorify Jesus and celebrate what He has done.

What We Do

We use our gifts as musicians and singers to minister to the Lord, believing that as we lift Him up, He draws near and lives are changed.

Get Involved

Being part of the Worship Ministry is both a privilege and a responsibility. As we lead others into God’s presence, our lives, both on and off the platform, should reflect Christ.

Join the Team

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • You must be background checked (18+ only)
  • You must attend The Rock Church for at least six months.

Steps to Join:

  • Fill out the Serve Team Application
  • Complete a background check (18+ only)
  • Complete an interview with the Worship Director
  • Complete an audition
  • Review the Serve Team Policy Manual and the Worship Ministry Handbook
  • Complete four weeks of training (these are done during our mid-week worship team rehearsals)
